This afghan took me a while to get it together because I took a shawl pattern and modified it to make an afghan. I think it really looks nice. Take a look.

- I am retired and a Grandma. I have 6 lovely granddaughters. The latest was born in June 2010. I've been crocheting for more than 40 years. I've been told that I starting making chains at the age of 2. LOL. I made doilies in my preteen years. My first afghan was a ripple pattern. But have moved on to more challenging afghan patterns as well as many other crochet items.
